Bethlehem and
Lehigh Counties. Current population of

way with single homes starting at $130,000. To the south lies
Saucon Valley. Home to the most prestigious homes in the Lehigh
Valley. Many executives at the Bethlehem Steel and surrounding
medical communities built beautiful estates. This area has begun
to grow today and is one of the very desirable housing areas.
Resale properties begin in the $120,000 to $200,000 with new
construction beginning at $220,000 to 1 million.
